Current Status: Vet gave him a solid report. We had his teeth floated. And got his hooves in shape. We put him on a round of doxy to just to be safe. And administered 2 rounds of dewormer. His fur is starting to comb off with the change in weather. He has tested positive for EPM. We are treating him for that and he is responding well. He is never in a hurry. A real love bug.
Ideal Forever Home: Masi is looking for a place to be a mentor. He is awesome with younger horses as a protector and guide. He should retire from riding based on his past history, but can be your herd caretaker for sure. Although, he loves his people.
Intake Report: Pulled from a sale lot in Mississippi, Maserati has been chartered from auction to auction and the result is a lot of neglect. He was stumbling over his hooves when we picked him up and had not had his teeth done in years. His hooves are going to take a few trims to get him right. Thats how long they were.
